GolfX IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

30-Day Gaurentee

Customers can try out purchased items and, if unsatisfied for any reason, simply bring the items back to our location for an in-store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the items. Items must be returned in the same condition. In-store credit does not expire. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return. However, you can sell or trade these items back to us for our current listed trade values.

In-Store New Product Returns

New, unused products returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for an in-store credit in the full amount of the purchase price. The credit can only be applied to another purchase. New, unused products returned after the 14-day trial period but within 30 days will be charged a 10 percent restocking fee. Any product purchased in new condition that has been used or taken out of its original packaging will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee, regardless of the time frame in which it is returned.

NEW CUSTOM ORDERS:

New orders which have been customized to individual specifications, including length, grip, loft/lie adjustments or other alterations not considered "stock" may not be eligible for a full refund and are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

To assist in efficient processing, we encourage setting up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns. Please contact us at (508)530-3406 during business hours, or by e-mail at info@shopgolfx.com to request a return.

USED PRODUCTS 30-DAY PLAY GUARANTEE:

GolfX offers a 30-day trial period for all used items sold on ShopGolfX.com. Starting from the date the item is received, customers may try out purchased items for up to 30 days and, if unsatisfied in any way, return items for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning items under the 30-day trial. Returned items which have qualified for free shipping via special offers or promotions will be assessed our standard shipping rate of $9.99, which will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original transaction.

USED CONDITION POLICY:

For an item to qualify for a full refund under the 30-day play guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee will be applied corresponding to the amount of additional wear sustained.

USED CUSTOM ORDERS:

Used products which have been customized to individual specifications, including length, grip, loft/lie adjustments or other alterations will be eligible for a full refund for the cost of the club only in accordance with our 30-day Play Guarantee. Additional expenses (e.g. grips or extensions) and any associated labor costs will be withheld from the refund.

NEW PRODUCTS:

New, unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within seven days of receipt. Returns outside of seven days, but within the 30-day window, will be eligible for full in-store credit. Once a new product has been used in any capacity, it is no longer in new condition and may not be returned for a full refund. In the event that a new product has been used and a return is desired, a minimum 25 percent restocking fee will apply.

NEW CUSTOM ORDERS:

New orders which have been customized to individual specifications, including length, grip, loft/lie adjustments or other alterations not considered "stock" may not be eligible for a full refund and are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee regardless of the time frame in which it is returned.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the event that an incorrect item is shipped or an order arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a pre-paid return label and work diligently to provide either a replacement item or full refund in these instances. In the case of shipping damage, we may ask that you provide photos of the product and shipping container in order to facilitate a shipping claim.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS:

Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return. However, you can sell or trade these items back to us for our current listed trade value.
